Restricted Jurisdictions
ZeonFX does not onboard, accept accounts from, or provide services to citizens or residents of the following countries and regions:
- United States of America (USA) and its territories
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Myanmar (Burma)
- India
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Sudan and South Sudan
- Syria
- Any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions
Legal Compliance
This list may be updated at any time in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations, or international sanctions. ZeonFX reserves the right to close accounts and return funds if it is determined that a client is a citizen or resident of a restricted jurisdiction, even if the account was opened previously.
Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are permitted to use ZeonFX services under the laws and regulations of your country of residence. By registering an account, you confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of any restricted jurisdiction and that you are not accessing ZeonFX services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Sanctions Compliance
ZeonFX complies with all applicable sanctions imposed by international bodies, including but not limited to the United Nations, the European Union, the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), and the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Transactions involving sanctioned parties or jurisdictions will be declined and may be reported to relevant authorities.
