Trading Platform Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services or products offered by ZeonFX Limited (hereinafter referred to as "ZeonFX"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Trading Platform Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using ZeonFX services and products.
This Trading Platform Agreement applies to all users and customers of ZeonFX, including both guests and registered users. By accessing or using our platform, you signify your acceptance of this agreement.
2. Binding Agreement
By agreeing to this Trading Platform Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract with ZeonFX.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of ZeonFX services and products constitutes acceptance of this Trading Platform Agreement and any other applicable ZeonFX contractual documentation, including but not limited to the General Terms and Conditions.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age for entering into legally binding contracts under applicable laws to use ZeonFX services and products. By continuing to access or use our platform, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
Misrepresentation of your age to gain access to ZeonFX services and products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Trading Platform Agreement.
4. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading in financial instruments, including forex, CFDs, and other leveraged products, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure Statement.
5. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all orders and activity in your account. You agree to maintain adequate account funds and to monitor your positions. ZeonFX reserves the right to close open positions if your account equity falls below required margin levels.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or market manipulation. ZeonFX reserves the right to immediately terminate your account if prohibited activities are detected.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on ZeonFX platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ZeonFX Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZeonFX shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, system outages, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ZeonFX in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination of Agreement
ZeonFX reserves the right to terminate this Trading Platform Agreement and deny access to its services and products to any user who violates the terms outlined herein. In the event of termination, you must cease all use of ZeonFX services immediately.
10. Modifications to Agreement
ZeonFX reserves the right to modify or update this Trading Platform Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
